1. About AP Markets

AP Markets Ltd. is a company incorporated under the laws of Saint Lucia with registration number IFC 2026-00139, registered office at Ground Floor, Sotheby’s Building, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia. AP Global Group LLC has its licence with the Capital Market Authority of the United Arab Emirates (CMA UAE) in process, application no. LIC-0012871. The financial services described on this site are directed to adult users in jurisdictions where their marketing is permitted.

2. Nature of the services

AP Markets offers access to Contracts for Difference (CFDs) on forex, indices, stocks, commodities and crypto, and ancillary information services. CFDs are high-risk leveraged instruments. You may lose more than the capital deposited under adverse market conditions. AP Markets does not guarantee results or future performance.

3. Account opening and eligibility

To open an account you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract under the laws of your country of residence, and complete the KYC and AML identification processes described in our corresponding policy. AP Markets does not provide services to residents of Afghanistan, Cuba, Iraq, Islamic Republic of Iran, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Palestine, Russian Federation, Somalia, Syrian Arab Republic, Sudan, Yemen, United States, nor to any jurisdictions on FATF and EU/UN sanctions lists. Information on this site is not intended for distribution to or use by persons or entities in jurisdictions where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Residents of the United Arab Emirates will be served by AP Global Group LLC (Dubai) once its CMA licence, currently in process, is granted.

5. Deposits, withdrawals and fees

Deposits and withdrawals are processed only through accounts held in your name. AP Markets may apply inactivity fees, swap charges and other published fees. Processing times depend on the chosen method and the issuing bank. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing any movement.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, code, market data) is the property of AP Markets Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use the content without prior written authorisation.

7. Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or close your account if we detect suspicious activity, breach of these terms, instructions from competent authorities, or if the business relationship is no longer viable. We will notify you by email with as much advance notice as applicable law permits.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Disputes relating to the AP Global Group LLC entity will additionally be governed by the applicable rules of the CMA UAE once its licence is granted. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, before the competent courts of the corresponding jurisdiction.
