2023: the origin

AP Markets was born as a fintech, not as a dealing desk. The first version of the project was infrastructure: connectivity with liquidity providers, stable execution and back-office operations that could scale. Without that, any commercial promise is smoke — so that is where we started.

2024-2025: the product takes shape

On that base we built today's offering: MetaTrader 5 as the single platform, five account types — from the Cent account for starting small to the institutional-grade ECN PRO —, more than 700 instruments, and the social trading programme with MAM, PAMM and copy. Every piece answered the same question: does this give the client more control, or less?

2026: the licence and the expansion

This year the corporate structure reached its current form: AP Markets Ltd. registered in Saint Lucia (IFC 2026-00139) as the entity for international clients, and the Dubai branch licensed by the UAE CMA (No. 0012705) for the country's residents. In parallel, the site began operating in five languages — Spanish, English, Portuguese, French and Arabic — with the same legal information in all of them.

If you want to understand exactly what that licence implies — and what it does not — we explain it without marketing in our CMA licence guide.

What does not change

The operating principle remains day one's: say exactly what we are. A registered entity is not a regulated one, and we write it that way; costs are published down to the last swap; and this site's pages answering uncomfortable questions — is it safe? what does it cost? how do I withdraw? — exist precisely because we prefer to answer them ourselves, with verifiable facts.

What comes next

The immediate roadmap: more educational content like what you are reading, continuous improvements to the social trading experience and growth of the partner programme. Thank you to the clients who chose us these three years — especially those who asked the hard questions. This site is better because of you.
